A report goes through several stages designed to ensure quality control is maintained:
Incomplete (OPEN)
Indicating the report has been created, but it is not in a valid calculation state. This state is determined automatically every time the report is saved.
Escalation Requires (ESC RQ)
Certain reports may specify criteria that require the report to be escalated before it may be finalised. This stage indicates that an escalation must be created for this report. This state is determined automatically every time the report is saved.
Escalation Pending (ESC PEN)
This indicates the report has an escalation that has not been cancelled or resolved. A report will always have this state if an escalation is pending.
Ready (READY)
Ready indicates the report has a valid or successful calculation, and is ready to be finalised. This state is determined automatically every time the report is saved.
Finalised (FINAL)
This indicates the report has been finalised. The report can only be finalised when the Primary Lead chooses to do so, and the report is currently in a Ready (READY) state. A report in a finalised state cannot be edited.
Once finalised, the PrimaryLead alone will have an option to Re-open the report, after which it will revert to which ever state above is correct.
